TDC Propz Privacy Policy

TDC Propz is an MLB research, analytics, and educational scouting application. This Privacy Policy explains the information TDC Propz collects or processes, why it is used, the service providers involved, and the account-deletion options available to users.

Information We Collect or Process

TDC Propz may collect or process:

• Email address used to create, sign in to, and recover a TDC Propz account.
• Account identifier / Firebase UID used to identify the signed-in account and authorize access to app and backend features.
• Account and access information associated with the account, such as role, account-access state, and subscription entitlement state.
• Purchase history and subscription information, including subscription status, product/entitlement information, and subscription identifiers used to provide and verify Premium access.
• Customer support communications if a user contacts TDC Propz support.

TDC Propz does not directly collect or store payment card numbers. Purchases and subscription billing are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription entitlement and purchase-history information needed for app functionality and subscription analytics.

How We Use Information

• Create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts.
• Provide password-reset and account-access functionality.
• Authorize requests to TDC Propz backend services.
• Provide free or Premium access according to the user's account and subscription state.
• Verify purchases, restore purchases, and maintain subscription entitlement status.
• Maintain subscription analytics related to purchase and entitlement activity.
• Protect the service from unauthorized access and maintain account security.
• Respond to support and privacy requests.
• Process account deletion.

TDC Propz does not use user information for third-party targeted advertising and does not sell user data.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase Authentication — account creation, sign-in, authentication, password reset, and account identifiers.
• Google Cloud Firestore — TDC Propz account/profile and access-state information.
• RevenueCat — subscription entitlement management, purchase history, restoration, and subscription analytics.
• Apple App Store — iOS purchases, billing, renewals, cancellation, and subscription management.
• Google Play — Android purchases, billing, renewals, cancellation, and subscription management when applicable.
• TDC Propz backend infrastructure — authenticated delivery of application data and account-access decisions.

These providers may process information under their own privacy terms and platform requirements.

Purchases and Subscriptions

TDC Propz Premium subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

TDC Propz does not directly process payment card information. Apple or Google handles store billing. RevenueCat receives and processes purchase-history and subscription-entitlement information needed to determine Premium access and provide subscription analytics.

Data Sharing

TDC Propz does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to authenticate accounts, operate the app and backend, verify subscriptions, restore purchases, process account deletion, provide support, or meet legal, security, or platform obligations.

Data Retention

TDC Propz retains account and access information only as needed to operate the service, maintain account and subscription access, provide support, meet security requirements, and satisfy applicable legal or platform obligations.

Third-party stores and service providers may retain transaction or service records under their own retention requirements and policies.

Delete Account

Users can initiate account deletion directly inside the app:

For an eligible non-owner account, the TDC Propz deletion flow removes the TDC-controlled RevenueCat customer record, associated Firestore account/profile records, and the Firebase Authentication user.

Deleting a TDC Propz account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Users should manage or cancel store subscriptions through their Apple or Google account settings.

If a deletion request cannot be completed in the app, contact support.

User Choices

• Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Restore purchases from inside TDC Propz.
• Use the in-app Delete Account option.
• Contact support for account, privacy, or subscription assistance.

Children

TDC Propz is not designed for children and is not intended to knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

TDC Propz may update this Privacy Policy as the app, services, platform requirements, or applicable practices change.
