Use this page for account access, subscription assistance, purchase restoration, technical issues, privacy questions, and general TDC Propz support.

Account Access

If you cannot sign in, confirm the email address used for the account and use Forgot Password from the TDC Propz sign-in screen when needed.

Restore Purchases

Sign in to the TDC Propz account associated with the purchase.
Open the account/subscription area.
Select Restore Purchases.
Allow the entitlement status to refresh.

If access still does not appear, contact support and include the approximate purchase date and the email address used for the TDC Propz account. Do not send payment-card information.

Manage Subscription

TDC Propz Premium may be offered as weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions.

Apple App Store and Google Play control store billing, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refunds. Use the applicable store account settings to manage or cancel the subscription.

Delete Account

TDC Propz provides in-app account deletion.

Open: Account → Delete Account

Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Deleting the TDC Propz account removes the eligible TDC-controlled account records handled by the deletion flow. It does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the store subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.

If account deletion cannot be completed, contact support for assistance.
