TDC Propz Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of TDC Propz.

TDC Propz is an MLB analytics, research, and educational scouting platform. The app provides player, team, game, market, matchup, projection, trend, and related analytical information.

TDC Propz does not accept wagers, place wagers, process deposits, process withdrawals, provide sportsbook accounts, operate as a sportsbook, or directly facilitate gambling transactions.

Accounts

Some TDC Propz features require an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.

Users may initiate account deletion from Account → Delete Account. Deleting a TDC Propz account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

Subscriptions

TDC Propz Premium subscriptions may include:

• Weekly
• Monthly
• Annual

The price shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase is the applicable purchase price.

Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store and may automatically renew unless canceled through the user's Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before renewal, subject to the store's rules.

RevenueCat may be used to manage Premium entitlement status, purchase restoration, and subscription access inside TDC Propz.

TDC Propz does not directly collect payment card details.

Premium Access

Premium access requires a valid subscription entitlement or other access authority recognized by TDC Propz.

Subscription access may take a short time to synchronize after a purchase, renewal, restoration, cancellation, expiration, or account change.

Restore and Manage Subscription

Users may restore eligible purchases from inside TDC Propz.

Subscription billing, cancellation, refund eligibility, and store-level subscription management are controlled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their applicable policies.

Research and Educational Use

TDC Propz provides research, analytics, projections, matchup information, and educational scouting insights. Statistical models, projections, source data, schedules, player availability, market information, and other inputs may change or contain delays, gaps, or errors.

No projection or analysis is a guarantee of a future sports outcome.

Third-Party Services and Data

TDC Propz may rely on third-party services, data sources, platform APIs, app stores, subscription infrastructure, build providers, and backend systems.

Availability and accuracy may be affected by outages, delays, upstream changes, data gaps, corrections, or other conditions outside TDC Propz's control.

Acceptable Use

Users may not attempt to disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, abuse, scrape at unreasonable scale, or obtain unauthorized access to TDC Propz systems, accounts, services, or Premium functionality.

Changes to Terms

TDC Propz may update these Terms as the app, subscription offerings, platform requirements, or services change.
